PCCS Reports 2009

It is the job of the PCCS to make sure that all police bodies in Scotland follow appropriate and effective procedures  for complaints handling that are subject to continuous improvement and modernisation.

To make sure that this occurs the Commissioner and his team:

  • work with all stakeholders on an effective customer-focused police complaints ahndling system
  • conduct reviews in line with our audit policy to ensure arrangements are maintained
