Holding to Account seminar
On Wednesday 31 March, John McNeill the Police Complaints Commissioner for Scotland spoke to representatives from the eight police authorities and boards at a seminar at Discovery Point in Dundee.
The seminar set out the future direction of travel for PCCS and the opportunities that the Commissioner sees for Police Boards and Authorities to work with him to drive up standards in police complaints handling.
