Has the police organisation completed its investigation into your complaint and informed you of the outcome?
Before you refer your complaint to the PCCS you must have first complained to the police organisation that you are unhappy with. It is important that you have received a final response to your complaint from the police organisation before you come to the PCCS.
Please see the Links page to find the address of the police organisation you wish to complain about.
Once you know which police organisation to write to see tips on making a complaint for further help.
If you are unhappy with the outcome of the police organisation's investigation into your complaint or the way it dealt with your complaint, the PCCS may be able to review the way your complaint was handled.
