PCCS produces a leaflet entitled 'A Guide to the Role of the Police Complaints Commissioner for Scotland' explaining what the Commissioner can review and how the general public can use the services of PCCS. 

For your ease of reference a downloadable format of this leaflet is available below, or alternatively you can pick up a leaflet from your local Citizen’s Advice Bureau or police station.
