This complaint arose following the detention and subsequent arrest of the applicant in respect of an alleged assault upon a child.
The Commissioner reviewed five complaints and found that three were dealt with reasonably while the remainder were not.

The applicant's complaints arise from the arrest of his son and his subsequent treatment while in police custody.
