Summary and Key Findings
The applicant's complaints stem from incidents of vandalism that occurred in the vicinity of his father's home.
The Commissioner identified eight complaints and found that four were dealt with in a reasonable manner while three were not. The remaining complaint was not upheld.
Four recommendations were made in this respect.
