Summary and Key Findings
The applicant's complaints arise from the manner in which Fife Constabulary dealt with complaints about the police made by him previously. This report should be read in conjunction with report reference PCCS/00494/10/PF-FC(A-D).
Of the six complaints reviewed, the Commissioner found that five were dealt with in a reasonable manner while the remaining complaint was not. Two recommendations were made.
