Summary and Key Findings
Over the course of a few years, the applicant invested a substantial sum of money in foreign companies. The applicant later began to suspect that the companies might be fraudulent and contacted Strathclyde Police in this connection.
Of the two complaints considered, the Commissioner found that neither was dealt with in a reasonable manner.
