The applicant complained about three separate incidents in which he claimed that Lothian and Borders Police failed to provide him with the services of an appropriate adult.
Of the three complaints considered, the Commissioner found that one was dealt with in a reasonable manner while two were not. Four recommendations were made in this connection.
