The applicant requested that the Commissioner review a number of complaints arising from an incident that occurred within licensed premises on 9 October 2009 and his subsequent treatment by Strathclyde Police.
The Commissioner concluded that, of the eight complaints raised, five were dealt with in a reasonable manner while three were not. The Commissioner made one recommendation and identified two learning points for Strathclyde Police.
