The applicant was involved in a serious road accident which resulted in his vehicle being removed from the scene as part of Lothian and Borders Police's vehicle recovery scheme. He subsequently lodged a complaint with Lothian and Borders Police about the disposal of his vehicle.
The Commissioner identified one complaint and found that it was dealt with reasonably by Lothian and Borders Police.
