The complaints dealt with in this report arose from the applicant's involvement with officers from Northern Constabulary at her home on 18 and 19 June 2007.
Of the five complaints considered, the Commissioner found that three were dealt with in a reasonable manner, while two were not. The Commissioner made a number of recommendations in this connection.
