The complaints dealt with in this report arise from the search of the applicant's home and office and the subsequent seizure of items including computer equipment.
Of the five complaints considered, the Commissioner found that four had been dealt with in a reasonable manner while one was not. For the reasons given in the report the Commissioner made no recommendations in this connection.
