The applicant has been involved in a neighbour dispute spanning several years which on numerous occasions has required the attendance of officers from Strathclyde Police. The applicant's complaints relate directly to police action in respect of this dispute.
Of the three complaints included in this report, the Commissioner decided that one (complaint 3) was handled in a reasonable manner, while another (complaint 1) was not. Another complaint (complaint 2) was found not to have been considered by Strathclyde Police. However, given the time which had elapsed since the incident giving rise to the complaint, the Commissioner made no recommendation in this connection.
