The complainer asked the PCCS to review the manner in which Strathclyde Police dealt with his complaint. The complaint raised was that for a number of years the complainer had been under surveillance by the force and had been subject to harassment by police officers.
On conducting his review, the Commissioner determined that Strathclyde Police had investigated this complaint thoroughly and provided the complainer with a full written response. As such, this complaint was not upheld.
