The complainer has requested that the PCCS review the handling of his complaint that Strathclyde Police thwarted him in his endeavours to complete his enquiries by preventing him from interviewing two police officers.
The PCCS concluded that Strathclyde Police handled the complaint appropriately and that the response provided by the force was correct. As such the complaint was not upheld.
