The complainer requested that the PCCS review complaints he had made to Tayside Police in August 2006 regarding the conduct of two civilian employees of the force.
The PCCS concluded that the force provided a reasonable explanation to the complainer and that it had put in place further measures to deal with any future issues that may arise. It was also concluded that the dispute which the complainer had with the force arose from a professional arrangement and that the force had appropriately dealt with the issues raised.
