The complainer raised a complaint about the way Strathclyde Police responded to his report about two vehicles parked on a pavement. The complainer was also dissatisfied with the quality of service provided by Inspector A when conducting enquiry into this complaint.

These complaints were not upheld. In the first complaint it was concluded that officers exercised common sense and considered judgement and allowed the vehicles to remain in situ. With reference to the second complaint there was an in the absence of independent evidence and as such the PCCS was unable to confirm or deny the allegations made by the complainer.
