The complainer asked that the PCCS review Northern Constabulary's handling of five complaints about the police relating to allegations of child abuse.
Of the five complaints raised by the complainer, three were not upheld following the Commissioner's review. The remaining two complaints did not form part of the review carried out by the PCCS as they had not been raised with the force in the first instance.
