The complainer asked that the PCCS review Grampian Police's handling of a number of complaints relating to his wife's time in police custody following her arrest in April 2006.
The PCCS review of the information provided by the complainer and the force determined that the force had provided a satisfactory final response in relation to all the complaints raised. As a result no complaints were upheld.
