The complainer requested that the PCCS review 11 complaints about Grampian Police.
The PCCS noted that Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary had already reviewed six of these complaints. In the absence of any new, material facts, the PCCS did not proceed to a complaint handling review regarding these complaints.
It was also noted that two of the complaints referred related to another Scottish police force. As such the complainer was advised how to make a formal complaint to the relevant police force.
The remaining three complaints, which were reviewed as three separate complaint handling reviews under one cover, were not upheld
