The complainer requested that the PCCS review three complaints, all originating from the circumstances surrounding her being issued a Formal Adult Warning by Grampian Police.
The PCCS noted that, during the course of its investigation, the force attempted to conciliate the complaint and that the complainer signed a statement confirming that she was content with the outcome of her complaint and that she considered the matter closed.
The PCCS found that the force had acted in a reasonable manner by attempting to conciliate the complaint which it recorded. As such, the complaints referred were not upheld.
