The complainer requested that the PCCS review his complaint that Central Scotland Police had refused to re-open or further investigate complaints that he had made to it.
The PCCS noted that Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary had already reviewed the complainer's complaint and was content that the force had dealt with his complaints in a ‘thorough and appropriate way'.
